Welcome to Hesed Design (the ‘Site’). Here are some details about how we work.
Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your continued use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in the currency shown on the product and checkout pages. UK VAT (20%) is included in the prices shown before purchase.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Hesed Design delivers to most addresses around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout, and vary based on location and shipping method.
While the vast majority of our orders arrive on time, once in a while an order may be delayed for reasons outside our control. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact si@hesed.design.
3. Customer Service
Hesed Design is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. Unless stated otherwise most orders are shipped 1 business day after they’re received. The delivery time will depend on where in the world you are located, but a tracking number will be provided and you can track your delivery from there.

4. Warranty
Hesed Design products are covered by a 1 year warranty.
5. Copyright
The contents of our website, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our Site) use by its users.
You may not download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials displayed on this Site for any use without prior written permission. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.
You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents of this Site.
6. Security
When purchasing from Hesed Design, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 256-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard. 7. Hesed Design – General Terms and Conditions
Hesed Design may offer promotions from time to time in its sole discretion.
The terms and conditions of each promotion will be clearly set out in the relevant offer.
Hesed Design reserves all rights to vary, end or withdraw a promotion at any time, subject to applicable consumer laws.
Where a promotion is time limited, the time requirements will be strictly applied; no rainchecks or exceptions.
Where a promotion is only offered to certain eligible customers, Hesed Design reserves the right not to honour the promotion if, acting reasonably, determining that a purchaser is accessing a promotion via a third party (whether or not that third party received the promotion directly from Hesed Design).
Unless otherwise provided by the terms of the specific promotion, the promotion will apply to all products that are in stock on Hesed.design at the time of purchase.
Promotion details may vary as between currencies and/or countries of purchase. You will be given the promotion relevant to the currency and country in which you are located.
Only one promotion or discount can be used at a time.
Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
All products purchased during a promotion are sold subject to Hesed Design’s standard warranty. Our usual refund, exchange and shipping provisions will apply.
